hey, i'm
priyanshu/ @priyanshuwqclick me
I was making things before I knew what code was. DIY flyers in 6th grade, a YouTube channel in 10th covering CLI walkthroughs and tech ideas. Paused it for boards, but the habit of building stuck.
College is where I started breaking things on purpose. Custom ROMs on my Redmi Note 10S, bootloops at midnight, recovering corrupted data, and bricking my mom's phone once (she still brings it up). That pulled me into Linux. Ubuntu, then Omarchy, then a full Arch Linux setup built from scratch. Learned more about systems from fixing what I broke than from any course.
A summer internship made it click. Shipped something real, saw actual users on it, and knew this is what I want to do. Competed in the Smart India Hackathon, won one by NSOC, dropped tutorials for official docs. Now contributing to open source, building Review Harvest for enterprise review management, and recently built an IoT Arduino robot car from scratch.
That IoT work led to freelancing as an app developer for KidsZee, building hardware remote interfaces for controlling IoT devices. Tight constraints, real time communication, no room for error. Software that talks to physical hardware is a different game, and it's changed how I think about building products.
